With 11 Billion People going to be occupying the planet by 2100 we need to "EXPLORE ways to create a NetZero building industry.
Passion
The Building Industry wastes $500 Billion dollars per year. We need people that are passionate about turning this waste into NetZero buildings. "Lean pays for Green" What's in it for me?"
Mastery
We need Explorers to develop mastery in new approaches and to "Take the Fast Lane to NetZero"
Is there a Playbook?
Working on that! The Scrawny (Lean) Project Playbook is in development as we know that most people don't have 10,000 hrs to develop mastery in Lean Project Delivery.
