Lean and Green Project Experience
Murray has spent the last 20 years learning how to deliver high performance projects based upon lean and integrated practices. He sits on the board of Lean Construction Institute – Canada, owns and operates Integrated Design, a Project Management and Commissioning company and EcoSmart Developments, a high performance custom home design & build company.
Murray is convinced Lean Project Delivery is the key to fixing a broken building industry that wastes $500B per year because of inefficiency and bad behavior. Murray’s goal is to help eliminate this waste by demonstrating that we can deliver better value, high performance Net 0 buildings at Net 0 additional cost.
