Lean Project Delivery(LPD) was adopted to fix a $10M budget gap, deliver exceptional value to a tight schedule for this project that is one of North America's most energy efficient laboratory projects at 60% less energy. LPD enabled high value signature building that includes 70% labs, vivarium, greenhouse to be started before drawing were complete and delivered with less than a 2% contingency.
Mosaic Center
The Mosaic Centre utilized the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) system to deliver a Living Building Challenge/Net Zero Energy project for the the same cost as a traditional build. The project included a multi-party shared risk and reward system, Target Value Design, Last Planner System and LeanCx.
Okanagan College
Lean Project Delivery was adopted to fix budget and schedule issues for this $30M Living Building Challenge/Net Zero project. The project utilized Target Value Design, full implementation of the Last Planner System, LeanCx and established a Study Action Team to build a lean culture.
