Level 2 Coordinator Certification Program:

Level 2 certification is for applicants that have developed advanced competencies in Lean Project Delivery and have experience coordinating and implementing lean methods and tools  with-in their organizations and on projects.  

Competencies:

Applicants will have attended formalized training  on the Last Planner System and  Target Value Design and experience with:

  • Last Planner System 

  • Target Value Design

  • Formal training/experience with a number of the following tools; VSM, P3, A3 Business Planning, LPD Procurement, Multi-Party Agreements, CBA, SAT, 5S, 5 WHY, Pull Planning and Constraint Management

Training Options:

The following are recommended options for developing capabilities:

  • Participation in LCI-C national conferences or local lean training events

  • Level 2  Last Planner System 

  • Level 2 Target Value Design 

  • Participate in training on lean methods and tools​

 

Required Training and Experience:

 The Applicant will have 50 hours of advanced level training and have completed a lean project or equivalent work experience. (1500 hours)

 

Certification: (Available Early 2017)

Certification will require passing the exam and submitting an application outlining training courses, experience with  lean methods and tools, certificates and references.
