Efficiency in construction is achieved by creating a high performance team and implementing lean construction practices. Murray as an experienced Integrated Design and Lean Construction professional firmly believes that we can eliminate enough waste in the process to deliver NetZero homes at no additional cost, and we are!
Fortunately we have Orishia and Taylor that have an eye for good design, as we have discovered that EcoSmart homes are selling faster than we can build them, due to the unique look that creates a WOW factor. Literally the word WOW comes out when you see the unexpected features.
The lower cost of ownership and sustainable features are just a bonus!
To compete in the market with our double wall construction and better quality products we have become very efficient.
