Level 1 Lean Project Delivery Fundamentals
Applicants will have developed a good understanding of the business case for LPD, learned the basic principles of value, flow and efficiency, identify and give examples of the eight types of wastes and know how variability and single piece flow affect production throughput. You will also need to know how the Last Planner System and Target Value Design systems improve the project delivery process.

Level 1 LPD Fundamentals course

Certification: (Available early 2017)
Upon successful passing of the exam and verification of formal training requirements , you will be provided with a certification document endorsed by Lean Construction Institute–Canada.
Step 1: Register and complete the exam

Step 2: Complete ten hours of lean project related training
Step 3: Submit the application by email using the template provided together the Level 1 LPD Fundamentals exam certificate and required fees. Please note there will be no fees for the pilot test phase.
Step 4: LCI-Canada will contact you with confirmation once the application has been approved.
Registration is available for the pilot test.
