Murray founded and owns 3 companies. Integrated Designs is a green building consulting company, Shift2Lean a Lean Project training company and EcoSmart Developments a high performance home building company.

Murray is a risk taker, daring, and is focused on future goals; he's more concerned with where he's going than either how he'll get there, or where he's been.
